A novel risk ranking method based on the single valued neutrosophic set

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>Risk assessment is a key issue in the process of product design and manufacturing. Traditionally risk uses priority number (RPN) method to rank extent threat. However, this simultaneously includes quantitative qualitative evaluation factors assessment. Moreover, information provided by different experts for contain ambiguous, incomplete inconsistent information. These problems lead more difficulty assessment, cannot be effectively solved traditional RPN method. To solve some limits analysis method, paper integrates single valued neutrosophic set subsethood measure For missing or aggregation process, minimum, averaging maximum operators are used perform data imputation avoid distortion decision results. Finally, numerical example high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy treatments demonstrate effectiveness feasibility proposed comparative with other existing methods given.</p>
